"Today, I spent a few hours with some friends and some friendly strangers learning new protocols for breathing and doing basic physical exercises for controlling my autonomic nervous system. At multiple times, I had a euphoric high. I also felt considerable analgesic effects, as chronic pain in my knee subsided during the breathing exercises and for a while thereafter.

Then, we all got into a cold lake. This was valuable in terms of learning how breathing and focus could help with cold acclimation.

If anyone gets the chance to try an introductory session for the Wim Hof method with Matt, I recommend taking it."
